2. For delivery orders, GGP will confirm the delivery time window with the customer in advance. Their is a delivery fee.
3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery location.

2. In the rare event that a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of their order, they should contact the GGP immediately to discuss their concerns and explore possible solutions.
3. GGP reserves the right to assess and address any quality issues on a case-by-case basis.
